When our nails get too long, we must trim them, and we must brush and floss our teeth every day. Daily exercise keeps us fit and healthy. Our immune system is strengthened by these activities.

Clean And Fresh Water | Pure water is one of the main ingredients in a healthy and hygienic lifestyle. Water is one of the components of our body, despite appearing to be a commonplace item. Drinking tainted water is a major cause of illness for many people. Additionally, it occurs most frequently in villages where people wash their clothes, bathe, and clean their cattle in the same water. The use of this water for drinking could therefore be harmful to one's health.
Clean Surroundings | One of the most crucial components of good health is cleanliness. Therefore, keeping yourself and your surroundings tidy and clean is a crucial hygiene habit. There are germs that thrive wherever there is dirt. The dirt also moves around in the air because it is light in weight.
