Odd numbers can also be used for making calculations easier when multiplying two numbers together because odd numbers only have one factor which is 1 and even numbers have two factors which are 1 and themselves so it makes it much simpler when multiplying them together because they will always cancel each other.
Even numbers are numbers that can be divided by 2. They are also called whole numbers. For example, 10, 20 and 30.

There are two types of even numbers:
-Prime: Numbers that can only be divided by themselves and 1, like 2, 4, 6, 8.
