This chapter mainly discusses the electric charges and the fields created by such charges. They also teach about conductors and insulators, which allow and inhibit the flow of electric charges. This chapter also discusses the properties of electric charge and Coulomb's law.
This chapter teaches concepts regarding electric field potential, also known as the potential drop. It also provides the basics of capacitors and capacitance.
This chapter introduces electricity, its conductors, Ohms's law, resistance, and other rules.
This chapter deals with magnetic force, motion in a magnetic field, Biot- Savart Law, the magnetic field in a loop, the concept of a solenoid, and torque.
In this chapter, the concept of magnets, bar magnets, magnetism of the earth, magnetic intensity, materials showing magnetic properties, etc., will be dealt with.
This chapter teaches Henry and Faraday's experiments, the Concept of magnetic flux, Faraday and Lenz's law, and Eddy's current and inductance.
This chapter teaches the AC current and its representation, AC voltages to inductor, capacitor, and series of LCR circuits.
This chapter teaches the concepts of electromagnetic waves, displacement currents, and the electromagnetic spectrum.
In this chapter on ray optics, the student gets introduced to concepts of reflection and refraction by spherical mirrors, reflection and refraction by lenses, and dispersion through a prism.
In this chapter, the student will learn Huygens principle, reflection, and refraction using this principle, addition of waves, Young's experiment, diffraction, and polarisation.
This chapter discusses concepts of electron emission, the photoelectric effect, the wave theory of light, the photon concept, the wave nature of matter, and the Davisson and Germer experiment.
This chapter deals in detail with the concept of the atom, the alpha particle scattering experiment, rutherfords nuclear model of the atom, atomic spectra, Bohr's model of the hydrogen atom, line spectra of hydrogen atom, and de Broglie's explanation.
This chapter introduces the concept of the nucleus along with the atomic mass and composition of the nucleus. This chapter also teaches the size of the nucleus, Nuclear force, radioactivity, and nuclear energy.
This chapter teaches about the classifications of metals, conductors, and semiconductors. Extrinsic and intrinsic types of conductors. p-n junctions, diodes, application of these, junction transistors, and integrated circuits.
This chapter teaches concepts of communication systems and their elements. This portion also deals with terms used in communications systems, bandwidth, propagation of waves, amplitude modulation, production, and detection of modulated waves.
