Every school holds its annual celebration on a specified date, typically to honour its students and their dedication as well as to serve as a forum for them to communicate more effectively. Students get the opportunity to showcase their management and other strong talents at an annual school event. Additionally, it allows them to socialise with other students, faculty, and staff members of the school.

1. In our school, an annual event is planned each year.

2. All classrooms are adorned with paper and balloons in bright colours on this day, and the entire school is cleaned.

3. The teachers compile a list of all the students who took part in the competition.

4. To accommodate the program, a sizable pavilion was erected on the school's property, where chairs and other amenities have been set up for all the schoolchildren and onlookers.

5. A special guest is invited to be the main guest in the program on this particular occasion.

6. Outside the pavilion, a large entrance has been built with the words "welcome" painted in vibrant, lovely lettering.

7. All parents are also invited to the annual function.

8. The Principal's speech opens the annual function's schedule of events.

9. The students present paintings, music, dance, poetry readings, speeches, physical activity, and a variety of games on this occasion.

10. The chief guest presents prizes to all of the competition's winning students.

Good afternoon everyone and a warm welcome to the annual function of Auxilium Convent School. Today, we come together to celebrate another successful year and to recognise the achievements of our students and staff.

My name is Madhuri Gupta and I am honored to represent Class 12 as the anchor for this afternoon's celebration. As I stand here today, I am filled with a sense of pride and gratitude for all that we have accomplished in the past year.

Auxilium Convent School is dedicated to providing its students with a well-rounded education that helps them grow both academically and personally. The school’s goal is to equip each and every student with the skills, knowledge, and confidence to succeed in their future endeavours.

In the past year, we students have achieved great things. We have excelled in the classroom, demonstrating their knowledge and creativity. We have also participated in a wide range of extracurricular activities, from sports and music to debate and community service. We students have represented Auxilium Convent School with distinction, and we are proud of their accomplishments.

I would also like to take a moment to recognize the hard work and dedication of our faculty and staff.
