200 Words Essay On Mom

If someone asks who our first home, first teacher, first caregiver, and first nutritionist is, then without any doubt, we can take our mother's name. Not many connections can match the understanding that a mother and her children have between them. She is the one who keeps us in her womb for nine months, faces great distress in her health and body, feeds us, and inculcates values which help us in navigating through life.

Instils Values | A child's behaviour and attitude are highly dependent upon the values inculcated in them at an early age, in which the mother has one of the most significant contributions. She not only raises a child but also sows the seed of the future of society. Her contribution towards a child can neither be measured nor compensated.

First Friend | She is one of the first friends with whom we can share our secrets without fear of repercussions. We can always rely on her for bits of advice on how to navigate life. In this materialistic world, mothers are the only people who help their children selflessly. Mothers deserve the unconditional love, respect, and admiration of their children. The least we can do for our mothers is to make them our priority and put them over everything else.

500 Words Essay On Mom

Our mother is the first home of our life, where we spend the first nine months of our lives. She is our first home and nourisher, as we live on her milk for several months. Her blessings do not stop here, as she is the one who teaches us various life skills and never asks for anything in return. She is also forgiving, always ready to correct and make her child the best possible version of themself.

Mother Is First Home

The nine months a child lives inside the mother’s womb have a grave impact on her body. Her body changes to accommodate a new human in it. To ensure adequate nutrition for her child, she changes her whole diet and faces multiple physical and emotional challenges. Such is the dependence of a child on its mother. A mother’s impact can be seen in how a child gets shaped, the values it gets, and how it reacts to situations.

Mothers’ Unmatchable Importance

The type of moral values which a child gets is hugely reflective of the mother's attitudes in raising her child. Thus, society's future also depends on how a mother brings up her child. This is how she performs the role of our first teacher by teaching us the ethos of this world. She also helps us sail through changes in our body and behaviour during puberty. We can easily share our secrets with our mothers without any worries. Our mother is the one who is always by our side. During sickness too, it is their mother that children want to be around. Mothers ensure that their children are given the right kind of care and medication, such that they recover from all sorts of illnesses at the soonest.

My Mother

As a youngster, I was prone to find myself in situations which would eventually get me into trouble. These would generally involve getting injured, and the severity of those injuries would vary from manageable to being hospitalised.

There was an instance where while cycling fast I took the turn towards my house a little later than I should have. This resulted in my handle bar hitting the gate. Due to the speed I was riding at, the momentum pulled me off my seat and I flew a good few meters before making contact with the pavement face first. To say I was scraped all over would be an understatement. My father was the only one to witness this event and rushed to my aid. My father is a man of strong will, but seeing his 10-year-old son sprawled across the road sent him into a panic I have never seen.

My mother arrived 15 mins later to find my father with his head in his hands and me sobbing as I lay in bed in excruciating pain. It took my mother a fraction of a second to find her composure and get to mending my wounds. All the while she was working on me she was whispering encouragement to me and consoling my father too.

This was the moment when I first realised that my family is held together because of the strength and composure that my mother radiates. I was healed within no time and back to my cycling shenanigans, all because of the healing power of my mom.
