Overthinking and anxiety are two major problems of hypertension that I had to deal with every single day. When I approached a psychologist they suggested I undergo music therapy. She simply asked me to listen to the music of my favourite genre for at least an hour a day. I started listening to music and I can say I feel a lot better now. Raw music, without lyrics or any video to support it, has a special power to control your mind. They are my happy hormones and music for sure is the best doctor any human can have.
