could you please Provide the syllabus of ntse stage 1 examination ( wb board) for 2021-22.

Priya Patel 8th Sep, 2021

Hello Shweta ,

There is no specified syllabus for NTSE exam but Stage1 will include the questions from the syllabus of your education board (for you i.e. WB board). Due to pandemic many boards have reduced the Class 10th syllabus this year. So, Stage 1 exam of NTSE will exclude questions from the topics that have been deleted.

NTSE Stage 1 include state/UT board syllabus of Science, Social science, Mathematics of class 9th & 10th and Stage 2 include NCERT syllabus of Science, Social science, Mathematics of class 9th & 10th.

As you asked to provide the syllabus, Here is the link for the major topics of Stage 1 exam which are mandatory:-

https://school.careers360.com/articles/ntse-exam-pattern#:~:text=NTSE%20Stage-I%20Syllabus

You must note that the NTSE Syllabus is not restricted to the topics mentioned above. In order to score well, students must be well-versed with all the topics and concepts.

Hope your doubt get cleared now :-)

which ews certificate (central or state ) is used in ntse stage 2 examination ?

Shamik Debnath 8th Sep, 2021

HIii,

The endorsement is called an 'Pay and Assets Certificate', and this is the confirmation that is needed to benefit the EWS reservation. There is no online technique endorsed by the public authority for getting an EWS authentication. You need to go to your neighborhood Tehsil or some other nearby government authority.
