Admission Process at RBKIS Bhayander

• The parents of the student should fill an online enquiry form through the RBKIS school’s official website.

• Thereafter, parents will receive an admission form for their respective class.

• They have to fill in the details of their child in the online admission form and pay the form fees.

• After the submission of the admission form, they would receive a mail or an SMS from the school admission department regarding the form submission and the interaction with the principal.

• During the interaction with the RBKIS school’s principal, the parents must carry the printout of the admission form along with the self-attested documents mentioned below.

• The parents must bring the duly filled-in medical form, signed and stamped by the doctor.

• The parents must carry their required ID cards like Aadhar card, PAN card, Voter ID etc.

• There will be a final interaction between the parents and Olive Trail’s Coordinator and the school principal.

• The admission of the student will be confirmed after the principal’s consent and the payment of school fees by the parents.

Documents Required for RBK International School Admissions

• The parents must carry their child’s original previous year's school report card.

• The parents must carry an Original transfer certificate of themselves while coming for admission.

• The parents should bring a photocopy of their child’s birth certificate

• The parents must bring a photocopy of their Aadhar card and their child’s Aadhar card while coming to the RBKIS school’s admission office.

• The parents need to carry a photocopy of their marriage certificate/affidavit.

• The medical certificate of the student needs to be carried by the parents.

• If the student is not from India, the school will require their PIO/OCI.

• The RBKIS school will require the passport photocopy of the student and his/her parents for NRIs and the parents who have recently relocated to India.

• The school will require parental consent and the indemnity agreement for verification during the admission process.

• The caste certificate of the parents is required at the school during the admission procedure, if available.

• In case of a single parent, the school will require the photocopy of custody papers, divorce papers or death certificate.
