The parents or students who are willing to apply for admission in Birla Vidya Niketan can follow the simple steps given below:

Go through the instructions very carefully before registering.
Firstly, register online with a valid email ID and mobile number.
Then, log in to fill the registration form.
Crosscheck your Birla Vidya Niketan registration form carefully before payment as no changes are possible once finalized. Duplicate entries are subject to rejection/ disqualification.
Make online payment and save the generated registration number. After payment, if the screen reflects any option named ‘SEND ANYWAY’, make sure to click on it. In case of any transaction issues, kindly wait for 3-4 hours before mailing to school authorities.
The school then releases the list of seats along with the points awarded to them as per the criteria, followed by resolving parents queries (if any) via written/ verbal/ email. The process is followed for other lists till seats are filled.
