B V Bhavans International Residential Public School is a co-educational day cum boarding school established on August 15 1983. It is affiliated with the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE Board) and follows the CBSE syllabus and NCERT books at its campus. B V Bhavans International Residential Public School is sponsored by The West Godavari Rice Miller’s District Welfare Fund Society and managed by Bhartiya Vidhya Bhavan. The school has reached new heights under the guidance and leadership of its late founder chairman Sri K Dharma Rao.

The School has the strength of around 1631 students enrolled at its campus out of which 695 are girls and 936 are boys. Out of this total strength, 185 students are boarders, 1412 students are day scholars and 34 students are day boarders (Day boarders are the day scholar students who along with boarders opt for their lunch in the school mess).

B V Bhavans International Residential Public School has a modern infrastructure accommodating all the necessary facilities like an Indoor stadium, staff quarters, a hostel with a capacity of 400 students, a playground, a swimming pool etc. The school believes in imparting cultural education and values along with scientific knowledge.

Admission Procedure

To get admission, a candidate or his/her parents must fill in the admission application form either online or offline. Online admission query form can be easily filled by going to the school’s official website- www.bhavansbvrm.com/index.php/admissions

Admission to LKG is granted on the basis of age, application and an interview/ interaction along with parents at school.

Admission to classes 1 to 9 is given on the basis of a written test followed by an interview. Parents/ guardians must accompany the candidate to interview round. In the written test, the candidate is tested for English, Mathematics and Science skills as per the class to which admission is being sought.

Transfer Certificate along with Birth Certificate is a must for the candidates coming from other schools. Transfer Certificate needs to be countersigned by the Inspector of the state from which the candidate is coming in case the candidate is from any state other than where the school is located.
