About Maharashtra HSC Board 2021
Maharashtra HSC Exam 2021- Maharashtra Board will conduct the HSC 2021 from April 23 to May 21, 2021. The exams will be conducted in two shifts: Morning (11 am to 2 pm) and Evening (3 am to 6 pm). The Maharashtra HSC exam will be conducted for the subjects from all three streams, i.e. Science, Commerce, and Arts.

Maharashtra HSC Board 2021 Eligibility Criteria
To appear in Maharashtra HSC 2021 exam, students have to fulfil the following eligibility conditions:
- He/she must have passed class 11 exams from a recognized board.
- He/she is studying in class 12 in a school affiliated by Maharashtra board.
- He/she have attained the required percentage of attendance during their period of study in class 12.

The online application process for Maharashtra HSC will be held for private candidates. They can only apply through the official website in the month of October 2020, tentatively. Students will have to submit the application form along with requisite fee and documents such as the original copy of school leaving certificate or a copy of the affidavit, a copy of Aadhar Card. The student must keep ready a scanned copy of passport size photograph while filling the online application form.
The regular students studying in class 12 in a school or institute affiliated to MSBSHSE can fill the Maharashtra Board 12th examination form to appear in the offline exam from their respective schools/ institutes. They have to pay the examination fee as directed by the school authority and submit the filled application form to the school along with required documents.

Maharashtra HSC Board 2021 Preparation Tips
Here are a few preparation tips for Maharashtra HSC 2021 that help students score better in the exam:
- Make a timetable in which there is a time slot for each subject (or at least as many as you can accommodate).
- Cover the entire syllabus. Do not leave out any topic for the exam. Consult teachers and expert faculty in case of any doubts.
- Each day, keep a separate time slot for the practice of sample papers and previous years’ question papers.
- While studying, make short notes. These come handy when one is revising what they have already studied. This way, they do not have to go through the entire text again.
- Do not overburden yourself. Take short breaks in between study time.
The exam pattern of Maharashtra HSC 2021 is different for the various papers. The exam will be held in the offline mode and students have to answer very short, short, long and essay type questions. The questions are asked from the syllabus of Maharashtra HSC. Candidates should go through the exam pattern while they are preparing for the exam as it helps them work on their time management skills. They must practise previous years’ question papers to know the Maharashtra HSC exam pattern better.
- Each exam will be for 100 marks, wherein 80 marks will be allotted to theory and 20 marks to practicals/oral/project.
- For subjects: Geology, Biology, Physics, Chemistry, agriculture science and technology and animal science and technology - 70 marks are allotted for theory exam and 30 marks are fixed for practical/oral/project.
- Each student will have to achieve 35% marks in each subject to pass an exam.

NEET is not required for BPT, The universities or colleges take separate exams for this course, but some states like Maharashtra may consider the NEET marks for admission in this course.
In order to apply for BPT programmes, you will have to pass your 10+2 with at least 50% marks with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as the compulsory subject. Also, you will have to qualify entrance exams for admission to BPT programmes i.e. Common Entrance Test (CET), GGSIPU CET, etc
